Material Gaze and Trailing Spaces

Today, I’m happy to announce two new child themes. One is for Stargazer. The other is for Saga. Both are refreshing takes on their respective parent themes.

Both themes are designed by Marty Helmick (Twitter). Everyone please take a moment and thank him for these $free theme contributions to the community.

Material Gaze

is a Stargazer child theme, which is inspired by Google’s Material Design. It comes with an alternate color scheme and extra custom headers designed just for this theme. There’s a lot of really nice design touches that set it apart from its parent theme.

Trailing Spaces

is a Saga child theme. The color and font choices have helped make it one of my favorites. I think it’d be great for tech bloggers.
