Celebrate is the 12th free WordPress theme contributed by a community member.

This awesome theme was contributed by Hence (Han) Wijaya who is a full-time freelance WordPress theme and plugin developer. He is also building up quite a library of themes at his site ThemeHall.com, most of which is built off our very own Hybrid Core framework. I highly encourage you to check out some of his other themes.
