On the front page of the site, the description will be formatted using an
<h2> tag as shown in the following code block.

On other pages of the site, the description will be formatted using a
<div> tag as shown in the next example.

This function has no parameters.
Generally, you would use this function within your theme's
header.php template. However, some theme designs make take a different approach. The following code block is how you'd write the code in your theme.
