Quicktags styling in the (Topics) Leave a Reply markup menu bar

    Due to the many plugins on our site and possible conflicts, I had to change the height of the quicktags property from 100% to auto

    Documenting this styling fix just in case anyone else has this issue with their MB ‘Leave a Reply’ Topics markup menu bar.
