Getting started

Setting up the Structure theme should be easy. Before you do any of the below, you need to download and install (not activate) the Hybrid theme.

Here are the instructions for getting the theme to work:

Installing the Structure theme

• Download the Structure theme (I’m assuming you’ve done this already).
• Unzip the folder you downloaded.
• Upload the structure folder to your /wp-content/themes directory.

Your directory structure should look like this:

/wp-content
	/themes
		/hybrid
		/structure

Activating the Structure theme

Since you’re installing a child theme, don’t activate Hybrid. You need to activate the Structure theme.

• Log into your WordPress dashboard (administration).
• Click on the Appearance link.
• Click on the screenshot for Structure.
• Cick on “Activate Structure.”
