Skeleton is a blank child theme for use with the Hybrid theme framework, which means you must have it installed to use it.
The style.css file contains a visual hierarchy of how elements are actually laid out in the HTML. It was built with designers in mind. If you’ve ever wanted to create your own custom child theme, then this is the place to start. Everything is laid out and ready for you.
