Hybrid Base

Hybrid Base is a starter/base theme for developers. It’s primary purpose is to make it quicker for developers to build new themes off the Hybrid Core framework. It’s secondary purpose is to facilitate the use of Hybrid Core for theme developers who are just learning how to build from it.

It’s also a way for me to experiment with features that might go into future versions of Hybrid Core as well as new development philosophies without pushing them into other themes until I’m satisfied with the results.

Since Hybrid Base is for developers only, there’s no download link for the theme. It’s only available via its GitHub repository. All developers working with Hybrid Core should be familiar with using Git to use and keep the framework updated in their projects. Just make sure your Git clone is recursive since the framework is added as a sub-module.
