title tag: php hybrid_document_title

   Hope your 4th is spectacular!

   Question:
   Previously in my mods of Hybrid News, I placed a copy of header.php in the Hybrid News folder. With the upgrade to wp 2.8, my title tag is coming up empty. Therefore, I am forced to use wp_title. What's going wrong?

   Here are the error codes:
