Hybrid News - Thumbnails

HI, I followed this thread to get my thumbnails to show.... http://themehybrid.com/support/topic/hybrid-news-customisations

But now, I have an empty box where there are no images for it to show. Can I remove the empty boxes, yet show the thumbnails when there is an image???

thank you Justin.... this is probably because I imported all of these posts.... so I will just have to go thru them manually..... oh well not an easy fix.... well, time-wise that is.... LOL
