Change Authors.php

   My quotations website (http://quotes.practicalmanliness.com/) will soon have hundreds of authors, so it will be impossible for me to stick with the default author's page.

   I would like to change the author archive to have multiple pages:

   - 1 main page that lists A, B, C, D, etc.
   - 24 subpages - one for each letter of the alphabet

   Is this possible or should I manually create each page?
