Thanks to Justin and others help here on the forum I finished up my blog using the Structure Theme and customizing the layout with hooks and additional sidebars. I love the site and while there are a few little cosmetic issues to work out, I'm very happy.
And I learned a bit about code as well.

It is beautiful for the customer you want to attract...the placement and pics are eye catching and inviting...the colors, feminine without being too prissy or girly...luv it. Placement of pics is also inviting...not all lined up in a row...absolutely attention getting...Great job!
