The community forums are currently being phased out. At the end of February or early March 2012, you will no longer be able to post here. This is because the entire site is being restructured. Please use the main forums for discussions.

www.amykvistad.com a portfolio and blog site using outline

  1. I just launched a redesign of my own site:
    http://www.amykvistad.com
    I used Hybrid 0.8 and Outline with a lot of css customization and some additions to function.php. Thanks Justin for making awesome themes and responding promptly to comments posted in the forum. My biggest challenge was adding design to the header area which didn't fill the header-container space.

  2. to prevent your menu from jumping to the left when using larger screens, furthermore pretty nice work on the redesign;)

    #primary-menu {
    height:37px;
    margin:0 auto;
    width:960px;
  3. Thanks for the tip!
    I noticed that after I launched when I checked the site with browsershot.com. I wasn't sure how to fix it. I do like it to be left aligned rather than more in the middle, so I added:
    float: left;
    to your code and that seemed to bring it back over--but hopefully not going too far left on larger screens.
    ~Amy
