How about adding a simple widget for Entrecard with four tabs ask for the code and rss in widget panel (like ads widget)
1 st tab - enter the entrecard code...
2 nd tab - Advertiser rss
3 rd tab - top droppers rss
4 th tab - Daily droppers rss
What is Entrecard? Provide a link to information. How would this be beneficial to many users?

Looking at that, it seems that something like this would be better left as an external plugin. I see no reason this would make for a great feature of the Structure theme. I just searched Google, and there are quite a few Entrecard plugins.
