Powered by Hybrid I used the Leviathan theme as the base with a few styles from Old School and quite a few tweaks to build this.
Justin had to help me out with a few things (like the static no-widget front page) and I still have some minor changes left to do within the next week.
What do you think?

I think it looks like a completely new theme - pro looks, balanced and simply a very good job! All css work or have you used the hybrid-hook to re-order the sections?
Very cool, indeed. The only thing that even looks anything near Leviathan are the widgets. It's definitely one of the better user-created child themes I've seen.
The only thing that looks a bit out of place to me is the blue background on the footer.

I believe he's using the No Widgets page template with a little extra CSS going on if you're talking about the front page.

I used the no-widget template as Justin said, and tables to make the columns.
I just found a thread in support about using 3-columns in the Options theme, so I will try to adapt it and make a 3 column no-widget template for this site and not use the tables.
I used Hybrid Hook to put the links into the header at top right. I think that is the only place. I am going to add some links across the bottom though, either in footer or after.
I had to be ready for the Tax season startup next week, so after the rush slows down I will redo some stuff.
The footer didn't quite have the look I was hoping for, I will change it.
