  2. Hey there - I like the content of the site. You've changed it even since I first looked at it, but I really liked the reviews of programs, and your one article that the key to getting ripped was to focus on the calorie deficit.

    Anyway - here are a few suggestions I thought of. I'm using the same blue danube (www.sfdodgerfan.com) on my site, but you might try changing the colors a little. It matches some of the diet products, but I don't know that blue sends the best message with weight loss. It's not bad, but most of the time you see bright sunny colors (i.e. bathing suit, beach or gym) rather than colder blue.

    I also think the banner hurts you a little, but I'm sure you're still fine tuning that. You've got the image, but the blank space really implies that you're still working out the bugs. (I had to really figure out the images size on mine to tweak it to the right size)

    You've done a nice job of using all the tools Justin made available though.
