From a new install, using Hybrid theme, I went to the widget page and dragged the Navigation Menu widget to the Primary area. When I look at my page I see:
Notice: Undefined index: menu in .../wp-content/themes/hybrid/library/classes/widget-nav-menu.php on line 73
But the menu is actually correct. I see a link for "Sample Page".
