I am surprised that nobody has spread the love for this one. It is not the easiest thing to create a real estate site in WordPress and there aren't many. You have done a spectacular job.
I created one almost 3 years ago with Hybrid working off of Brian's take and Nathan's code, still humming along, but a theme that would now be better served with custom post types and taxonomies for sure.
I also like your design and different take on representing real estate, unlike many real estate cms systems which usually look awful and get crapped up with various things.
Not bad homes either;)...

It still aint easy! But its easier, for sure. ;)
Post types and taxonomies are the backbone of that site. Because it was a minimalistic approach to a real estate site I didn't have to mess with a lot of options (i.e. a slider to choose a price range, number of bathrooms, etc.).
I can't take credit for the design, that was Switch Creative, but I agree that its a nice take on real estate.
Feel free to pick out a house that you like ... and buy it for me.
