I started a new blog with WP_DEBUG=true. I did these two steps:
* Added Hybrid theme
* Deleted Hello Dolly
The next page displayed this notice:
Notice: hybrid_back_compat_update_settings is deprecated since version 1.0.0 with no alternative available. in .../wp-includes/functions.php on line 3384
That notice is on many admin pages since.
