Hi,
I posted earlier today in the wrong area of the site, and thank you to Justin for answering my initial query and pointing me here.
Now that he established it's possible, I need help making this happen relatively soon. We have a small budget, but also not a really great sense of how much time/work it would take to implement this on our site. If the two aren't compatible let me know.
Here is the initial query:
Is this header / primary menu style (the custom-colored tabs with the highlighter showing which page you're on) possible with Hybrid News? We particularly like that the tabs overlap (almost identical to Google Chrome tabs) and that they are aligned right vis a vis the main content column.
Please see the screenshot of my illustrator mock-up here (the text of this question is there too):

I really appreciate any help, and if you know of someone who could do this for us relatively quickly/cheaply, we have a timeline, and learning to do this right now is not feasible for me given the time frame.
Thank you. Please email me at opticliff[at]gmail[dot]com.

Yes, that's possible with any list of links.
If you want to hire someone to design/code this for you, there's a jobs board here:
