Comments notifictions plugin

   I'm looking for a plugin that sends an email to all the people who wrote a comment on a specific post (or not if they don't want to). The site is in three languages. I'm using WPML for that. I've found "Subscribe To Comments Reloaded" as a possible option, but it doesn't say anything about compatibility with WPML.
   I would like to hear your suggestions and experiences.

   I'm using this plugin, "Subscribe To Comments Reloaded", right now, but for me it lacks only one option: notifying the commenter that his or her comment is approved. Does anyone know a sollution for that?
