I'm starting my own web design company and I need a developer that can build Hybrid/WP based sites that are pre-designed by me in a child theme I built. No advanced WP or design skills needed, just intermediate knowledge of WP/php/Hybrid.
Pay is negotiable, on a per project basis. (it will be easy money)
The biggest thing is I need someone that is RELIABLE, and answers phone calls and emails all day, every day. I also need someone that is easy to work with.
I MIGHT be open to someone out of state, but only if you are really good :)
