It particular caught my attention because I am currently working on adapting leviathon for a project. I'll be doing well if it comes out as nice as yours. One of the major hangups I've been having is that I've been struggling with some CSS issues in ie6 (of course). Out of curiosity I just checked your site with ietester. It looks great. The only thing I saw was that the drop down from the "work" li in the nav menu opens underneath the slider in both ie6 and ie7. Since I noticed it, I just thought I'd mention it so you can take a look to see if this is right. Otherwise, great job.
colourform on "colourform creative studio" http://themehybrid.com/community/topic/colourform-creative-studio#post-2617 Wed, 10 Feb 2010 11:12:31 +0000 colourform 2617@http://themehybrid.com/community/
Thanks Kyle.
It took a while to get there, but was well worth the sweat.
Kyle D on "colourform creative studio" http://themehybrid.com/community/topic/colourform-creative-studio#post-2605 Tue, 09 Feb 2010 16:23:35 +0000 Kyle D 2605@http://themehybrid.com/community/
Beautiful work.
colourform on "colourform creative studio" http://themehybrid.com/community/topic/colourform-creative-studio#post-2599 Tue, 09 Feb 2010 11:24:50 +0000 colourform 2599@http://themehybrid.com/community/
Creative studio site showcasing my recent work. FF seems to render titles ok using @font-face, though so I'll stick with it there.

Thanks for the link on font stacking. I'm using FF 3.5.2 on Windows.

Just checked in Safari, and the two browsers' displays are worlds apart.
Bryan Hoffman on "SpigotDesign.com" http://themehybrid.com/community/topic/spigotdesigncom#post-1762 Tue, 25 Aug 2009 04:49:25 +0000 Bryan Hoffman 1762@http://themehybrid.com/community/
Thanks to you both for the feedback. The design is very similar to what I was running before, now it sits on top of a robust backend.

Justin, I'm going to assume you're looking at the site with Firefox on a Windows machine. And you're right, the text looks like crap. @font-face support in FF 3.5 was something I was really looking forward to, but not like this. Obviously progressive enhancement needs solid backup.

Setting up specific FF styles for the text is on my Dü list. Fontin Sans via @font-face is my 'ideal,' fully supported in FF 3.5, and is still, as you say, unreadable. (And if you're not using FF, then I really have some work to do!)

If you'd like to see the site as it was 'designed,' take a look with Safari. Looks good even on a PC.
Justin Tadlock on "SpigotDesign.com" http://themehybrid.com/community/topic/spigotdesigncom#post-1761 Tue, 25 Aug 2009 02:54:31 +0000 Justin Tadlock 1761@http://themehybrid.com/community/
Overall, the design is awesome. I love seeing stuff like this built on top of Hybrid.

The biggest issue is that your text is basically unreadable. With a better font stack, this design could look 10 times better. And, that's saying a lot because the layout, color scheme, and overall design rock.
Fabino on "SpigotDesign.com" http://themehybrid.com/community/topic/spigotdesigncom#post-1758 Mon, 24 Aug 2009 09:44:01 +0000 Fabino 1758@http://themehybrid.com/community/
One of the best for me.
