I noticed that after I launched when I checked the site with browsershot.com. I wasn't sure how to fix it. I do like it to be left aligned rather than more in the middle, so I added:
float: left;
to your code and that seemed to bring it back over--but hopefully not going too far left on larger screens.
http://www.amykvistad.com
I used Hybrid 0.8 and Outline with a lot of css customization and some additions to function.php. Thanks Justin for making awesome themes and responding promptly to comments posted in the forum. My biggest challenge was adding design to the header area which didn't fill the header-container space.

You're using
.8em
for
.entry-content
and
.entry-summary
. A good size would be
1.2em
, but you could get away with going down to
1em
.

Thu, 11 Feb 2010 00:56:24 +0000joevs2619@http://themehybrid.com/community/
The site really looks fantastic. It particular caught my attention because I am currently working on adapting leviathon for a project. I'll be doing well if it comes out as nice as yours. One of the major hangups I've been having is that I've been struggling with some CSS issues in ie6 (of course). Out of curiosity I just checked your site with ietester. It looks great. The only thing I saw was that the drop down from the "work" li in the nav menu opens underneath the slider in both ie6 and ie7. Since I noticed it, I just thought I'd mention it so you can take a look to see if this is right. Otherwise, great job.

Tue, 25 Aug 2009 04:49:25 +0000Bryan Hoffman1762@http://themehybrid.com/community/
Thanks to you both for the feedback. The design is very similar to what I was running before, now it sits on top of a robust backend.

Justin, I'm going to assume you're looking at the site with Firefox on a Windows machine. And you're right, the text looks like crap. @font-face support in FF 3.5 was something I was really looking forward to, but not like this. Obviously progressive enhancement needs solid backup.

Setting up specific FF styles for the text is on my Dü list. Fontin Sans via @font-face is my 'ideal,' fully supported in FF 3.5, and is still, as you say, unreadable. (And if you're not using FF, then I really have some work to do!)

If you'd like to see the site as it was 'designed,' take a look with Safari. Looks good even on a PC.

Tue, 25 Aug 2009 02:54:31 +0000Justin Tadlock1761@http://themehybrid.com/community/
Overall, the design is awesome. I love seeing stuff like this built on top of Hybrid.

The biggest issue is that your text is basically unreadable. With a better font stack, this design could look 10 times better. And, that's saying a lot because the layout, color scheme, and overall design rock.
