Patrick Daly of Develop Daly has released his first child theme of the Hybrid theme framework to the public: WP Full Site.
According to the description, “WP Full Site is a Hybrid child theme built for small businesses that that is tailored towards the basics of gaining customers.”
I’m a huge fan of the simplicity and structure of the design. It’s the kind of theme I’d personally use on my own sites.

Before installing WP Full Site, make sure you have the latest version of the Hybrid theme installed.
This is great news, nice work Patrick. I appreciate you taking the time to put this out for all of us. The thought of putting out a theme always intimidates me as I always feel my attention to detail isn’t up to making sure a theme can be used for anything.

Yes, but I have feeling that all the child themes (except one exceptional – Old School) are almost exactly the same.
No invention, no different uses.
This one has only that top “banner” under menu, except that and color styling it is excatly the same as Hybrid itself.
No jquery, no special fx, no nice, kind of different CSS…

I’d have to disagree. Have you taken a look at the themes page? Can you share how you came to this conclusion?
The Hybrid theme is without style for the most part. I don’t really see the resemblance other than parts of the layout, which is typical of many themes.
Saying something isn’t inventive doesn’t help anyone. If you have ideas or suggestions, please offer something concrete about the design itself. Constructive criticism is welcome here. The Ideas forum is always open to everyone to post in and share ideas.

When I check the CSS stylesheet there is nothing that affects the default text color.
Everything else I can find.
